Originally from Cargiaca in southern Corsica, I have always had a love for the products of the land and the sea. For me, being a cook is a vocation and a profession of passion that has never left me for 32 years.
I first held two restaurants in Aix en Provence, then created in 2001 Frédéric Bernard Traiteur to devote myself solely to events.
My kitchen is the space where I imagine, search and try constantly. I like to rework French cuisine to bring some pep and modernity. My cuisine is as authentic, innovative, refined and entirely homemade. Among other things, I try to smoke my salmon and create my foie gras myself.
The requirement of quality pushed me to select the most famous French producers. I have worked for many years with the best local farmers in fruits and vegetables. I exclusively order my fish from a local fisherman from the Mediterranean basin and my meat from the most prestigious French supplier. I also have great pleasure in picking myself the extraordinary aromatic herbs offered by Provence. I only work with fresh seasonal produce so that taste is always a priority.
For 16 years we have been organizing exceptional events in Provence, on the Côte d'Azur and in the rest of France. Our great experience, knowledge and creativity ensure that each of our receptions is an unforgettable celebration.
