Cooking was a central part of my childhood. Family members would vie with each other to produce the best example of our family specialities, culinary secrets passed down from generation to generation, and shared with us by my Sicilian grandparents. We children, were enthusiastic sous chefs responsible for the smaller jobs of rolling out pastry and moulding the shapes of the fresh pasta.
Cooking exciting, inventive and delicious food has retained a central place in my life.
Fortunately, I married a Frenchman who is also a cookaholic! He has brought more skills and insights to my cooking and creating new menus and taste combinations is an enjoyable part of our time together.
Having spent a good part of my life in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where there was an emphasis on fresh seafood dishes and having travelled widely, I’ve learned the essence of blending foods and spices, cooking skills and culinary entertainment.
My clients desires and ultimate satisfaction are my first priority. Once I have discussed and understood your preferences – be it a sophisticated cocktail party, an intimate dinner, an informal family celebration or all the meals for your private holiday villas, I will prepare everything to the smallest detail.
