The S. Antonio Estate covers 30 hectares of park near the sources of the Acque Albule di Tivoli.
Since the fifteenth century these lands were cultivated by the Antonian Fathers, from whose patron saint the estate takes its name. The Villa della Tenuta dates back to the second half of the eighteenth century.
In the early years of the '900 it became the main residence of the family farm and today reopens its doors, after a careful and careful restoration lasted years.
Surrounded by an age-old park of 7 hectares, the Villa has a front of about one hundred meters and welcomes the visitor with the Fountain of the Water Lilies. Beyond the staircase, the entrance with dependance and living rooms opens to the north side, distinguished by the study, the library and the ancient apartment, ideal for hosting the couple. The south side has two large rooms of about 500 square meters, which open onto a terrace of more than 300 square meters. Suggestive environment that overlooks Tivoli and the Tiburtini Mountains, as well as the wide internal courtyard, crowned by the Fontana del Ghiaccio and the noble Chapel.

The ancient stables, in which in the 50s were bred some thoroughbred winners in international horse races, have now become a large receptive environment equipped with every comfort, with the possibility of hosting tables for over 600 guests.
