The Garde Manger offers daily jars chewable on the spot or to take away, and its delicatessen. The head of the Petite Gironde, Davy Rio, prepares every day in the kitchen of the restaurant and with the same quality requirements, snacks, sandwiches, salad es, soups and daily specials based on fresh and seasonal products. Pastry chefs are also hard at work to offer delicious desserts to the room or cups.
